Credit Debt Club provides general educational content about credit, debt, and consumer law. It is not a law firm. Your participation does not create an attorney-client relationship with Tariq Law PC unless a formal written agreement is signed.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data may be used—including communication through platforms like Go High Level and meeting recordings.
By engaging with the Platform, you consent to receive emails, SMS, and phone calls from us through third-party systems. Certain group sessions, webinars, or one-on-one interactions may be recorded for quality, internal training, or compliance purposes. By participating, you agree to such recordings unless you notify us in writing prior to the individual session. If you are not the only attendee in the session, you may be removed from the call and sent a recording once the recording is complete.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license to use the materials. Reselling, sharing, or copying is STRICTLY prohibited.

All Platform content is owned by or licensed to Credit Debt Club. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Harass, impersonate, or harm others
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. Credit Debt Club may pursue legal action.
Some users may have access to limited-time one-on-one interactions with attorneys from Tariq Law PC. These interactions do not constitute full legal representation unless a separate engagement agreement is signed.
The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service or complete accuracy. We are not liable for losses incurred through use of the Platform or linked content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credit Debt Club and Tariq Law PC from claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by New York law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
If a provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and Credit Debt Club.
